    • Please note that all applications and supporting documentation must be reviewed and approved by Metropolis Parking Management before parking privileges can be granted. Submission of this application does not guarantee parking privileges at El Paso International Airport.
    • The vehicle must display an approved Qualifying Disabled Veteran or Qualifying Military Specialty license plate to be eligible for parking privileges at El Paso International Airport. For a complete list of accepted license plates, please visit our website here or call the parking office at (915) 771-7990.
    • The approved license plate must be permanently affixed to the vehicle each time it parks at the airport. Temporary license plates are not eligible.
    • The license plate listed on this application is the only one eligible for parking privileges. If you change license plates, a new application must be submitted before the new license plate can be granted parking privileges.
    • A new application, along with vehicle registration and ID verification, must be completed each year to continue receiving this parking privileges at El Paso International Airport.
    • Enrollment in the ELP  Qualifying Disabled Veteran & Military Plates Parking Benefit Program is applicable to the Qualifying Disabled Veteran, Qualifying Military Specialty member, and/or the registered owners of the vehicle, including spouses.
